7. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate the consulting agreement by providing written notice. In case of termination, the client agrees to pay for all services rendered up to the termination date. We reserve the right to terminate services if the client fails to comply with these Terms.
8. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, both parties will first seek to resolve the matter through informal negotiations. If an agreement cannot be reached, the dispute may be submitted to binding arbitration according to the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Easy316 Solutions, LLC. may modify these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes, and updated Terms will take effect immediately upon posting on our website or upon communication to the client.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of MA, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
